There are over 3 thousand employees working at Allegro.eu and we continue to hire at speed. This year alone, we are planning to hire 1500 new colleagues. As we continue to add new talent, we need to keep our focus on maintaining and developing our unique work culture. Anna is a perfect fit to help us step up continuously - said Francois Nuyts, CEO of Allegro - We are one of the most desired employers in Poland and one of the largest engineering communities in the country and beyond. Having a person like Anna on board will allow us to further attract the best talent and continue to keep up the pace of innovation. Ultimately this is great news for teams across Allegro.eu and our customers - added Nuyts.
In Anna’s own word “As an HR professional, but also as a client I have closely followed Allegro’s journey. I think this particular time in our development is a sort of a ‘sweet spot’ and a perfect one for me to jump in on this train - said Anna Wróbel, Allegro’s new HR Director - We’ve been accelerating our growth in recent years, preparing to scale up and to move on to an exciting new stage of our business transformation. This translates into a multitude of new projects, new challenges, but also new people joining the company. As a manager I am passionate about growing talents and supporting teams to reach their full potential. I think Allegro, without a doubt, will be the place where I can put my past experience into practice, but also to see how we can find entirely new ways of doing HR ‘the Allegro way’.”
