Title: Change of the publication date of the report for the 3rd quarter of 2022

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") in reference to current report No. 2/2022 of 13 January 2022, hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly report for the 3- and 9-month periods ended 30 September 2022, the publication date of which was originally set for 24 November 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening), will be published on 30 November 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

The change of the report’s publication date is related to the fact that the Board of Directors requires more time to conclude on certain matters of management judgement necessary to finalise the Group’s interim condensed consolidated financial statements.
