The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that on 27 August 2021, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. ("Allegro.pl"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allegro.eu, received Mr. Damian Zapłata’s resignation, with immediate effect, from the Management Board of Allegro.pl and his role as a Chief Commercial Officer.

In his resignation letter, Damian Zapłata emphasized that, nearly a year after the successful initial public offering of the Company, it is the right moment to step down and take up new professional challenges. Damian wishes the entire Allegro team good luck and further successes.

Francois Nuyts, CEO of Allegro, commented: "We are grateful to Damian for his contribution to the development of Allegro and the success achieved by our organization in recent years. During this time, he managed to build solid business foundations, which will be the basis for the further development of the entire Group. He also developed an amazing Commercial Team that will continue to deliver on the ambitious business goals outlined in our strategy. Although we regret Damian's decision to leave Allegro, we wish him well in his further professional career.

It is our pleasure to announce that Aleksandra Sroka-Krzyżak, who is currently holding the role of Head of Strategy / Chief of Staff, will act as Interim CCO and will help to steer the commerce leadership team, while the Group identifies a long term replacement for the CCO role.”
