Legal basis: Article 171 of the MAR

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company”) hereby reports that:

● on 23 June 2021 Allegro.pl sp z o.o. ("Allegro.pl"), a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Company, received the resignation of Piotr Szybiak (a
member of the Management Board of Allegro.pl) from the Allegro.pl's
Management Board with immediate effect;

● on the same day, 23 June 2021, Seshashayee Sridhara (a.k.a. Mittu
Sridhara) has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of
Allegro.pl effective from 1 October 2021.

Piotr Szybiak will remain an employee of Allegro until 30 September
2021. Thereafter, for a period of up to 12 months he will remain
available to assist the CEO of Allegro Francois Nuyts and Piotr's
successor Mittu Sridhara on a part-time basis as may be required from
time to time in order to ensure smooth transition.

In his resignation letter Piotr Szybiak stressed that he has spent his
entire professional career to date with Allegro, following a career path
from software developer to CTO and management board member. Now,
following the successful IPO of the Company he has decided that his
mission at Allegro.pl has been accomplished and the upcoming twentieth
anniversary is a perfect moment to step down and explore new challenges.
Piotr Szybiak wishes all the best to the entire Allegro team and his
successor Mittu Sridhara.

Mittu Sridhara has over 20 years of experience in management positions.
Prior to joining Allegro.pl he had, among others, worked as CIO/CTO/CPO
at Careem (ride-hailing, payment, food and transportation network
company acquired by UBER), Hepsiburada.com (Turkey’s online retailer and
marketplace, e-payments platform and last-mile delivery company), TUI
Group (a leisure travel company operating in over 180 countries),
Ladbrokes plc (a betting and gaming company), Avis Europe plc. (a car
rental company) and Sabre Inc. (a global leader in travel technology).
Mittu holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina
State University and is a graduate from the National Institute of
Technology in Nagpur, India. He has a track record in digital
transformation and a customer-centric approach to creating new products.
He is also a passionate people manager, experienced in working in a
geographically and culturally diverse environment.

Francois Nuyts, the CEO of Allegro.eu commented: "we are truly grateful
to Piotr for his unique contribution to Allegro's growth and success
over the last 20 years. Over the last few years Piotr led our product
and technology teams and built the solid infrastructure that will
continue to be the foundations for the future, sustainable development
of the entire Allegro group.

While we regret Piotr’s decision to leave Allegro, we also appreciate
his contribution to the preparations for the succession, which sets new
standards in how succession in business organisations should look like.
We wish Piotr all the best for the future.

I would also like to welcome Piotr's successor Mittu Sridhara who will
join us as the new CTO and management board member of Allegro.pl on 1
October 2021. I am confident Mittu will be an immensely valuable
addition to our management team.

We believe that a combination of his great experience in various
e-commerce businesses across multiple countries and Allegro's potential
and resources will open a new chapter for Allegro."
