Title: Correction of a minor error in the attachment to the current report No. 36/2022

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that it has identified a minor error in the attachment to the current report No. 36/2022 of 27 October 2022.

The error has had the effect of understating numbers of votes which have been validly cast and the corresponding proportion of the share capital, as well as the number of votes cast in favour of the resolution. The correction of the error has increased the number of votes in favour by 174,000 votes and as such has no impact on the result of the vote. The corrected numbers are included in the attachment to this report.
