Title: Correction of a typographical error in current report No. 4/2022

Acting on the basis of Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR"), the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company", "Allegro.eu") informs that there was a typographical error in current report No. 4/2022.

The error consists in giving the wrong date on which the Company became aware of the decision issued by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. This information was obtained by the Allegro.eu on 24 January 2022, and not, as stated in the report, on 21 January 2022. The remaining content of the current report remains unchanged.
