Title: The dates of publication of the periodic reports in the calendar year 2022
The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs about the publication dates of the periodic reports in 2022:
- Annual reports for 2021:
- Standalone annual report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2021 – 24 February 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening)
- Consolidated annual report for the 3 and 12 month periods ended 31 December 2021 – 24 February 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).
- Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report for the 3 months ended 31 March 2022 – 26 May 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).
- Consolidated quarterly report for the 3 and 9 month periods ended 30 September 2022 – 24 November 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).
- Consolidated semi-annual report for 3 and 6 month periods ended 30 June 2022 – 29 September 2022 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).
The Company further informs that it will not separately publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022.
The later reporting schedule for periods ending in 2022 compared to last year is to allow for the expected first-time consolidation with Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o. (see current report No. 14/2021).
