The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 15 June 2023 it received a transactions notification (the “Notification”) sent by Jonathan Eastick - Executive Director of the Company and Group Chief Financial Officer, according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
