The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 12 May 2022 it received transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by Jonathan Eastick - Executive Director of the Company and Group Chief Financial Officer, according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to the Company’s shares, awarded under the Company’s incentive plan („AIP”, Allegro Incentive Plan).
