Resignation of a member of the Management Board of Allegro sp. z o.o. Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company”) hereby reports that on 12 September 2023, Mr. Alvise Favara resigned from the position of member of the Management Board of Allegro sp z o.o., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, and other positions held within the Company's group, with immediate effect. Alvise Favara has indicated that his resignation is for personal reasons.

Alvise Favara will remain available until 31 March 2024 to ensure a smooth transition of functions to his successor as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
