Title: The dates of publication of the periodic reports in the calendar year 2021

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs about the publication dates of the periodic reports in 2021:

1. Annual reports for 2020:
- Standalone annual report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2020 – 4 March 2021 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening)
- Consolidated annual report for the 3 and 12 month periods ended 31 December 2020 – 4 March 2021 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

2. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report for the 3 months ended 31 March 2021 – 13 May 2021 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).
- Consolidated quarterly report for the 3 and 9 month periods ended 30 September 2021 – 9 November 2021 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

3. Consolidated semi-annual report for 3 and 6 month periods ended 30 June 2021 – 5 August 2021 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

The Company further informs that it will not separately publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2020 and Q2 2021.
