The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the „Company”) hereby informs that on 14 April 2026 the Company received a notification with respect to major holding in accordance with the Law, sent by the shareholder of the Company, Cidinan S.à r.l. The notification is attached to this report.

Allegro.eu is a Luxembourg public limited liability company (société anonyme), registered office: 6, rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg: B214830.
