At Allegro, we believe that sustainability is not just a corporate responsibility – it is a fundamental driver of business value and long-term growth. Allegro’s ESG strategy for 2026-2030 marks a transformative shift from risk mitigation to active value creation, embedding environmental, social, and governance goals into the heart of our commercial engine.

We aim to be your partner in sustainable growth and empowerment. This means we empower our stakeholders – employees, customers, merchants, and investors – to navigate and thrive in the digital and AI revolution. By building two-way relationships based on trust, we create a secure framework where innovation meets responsibility, ensuring that every choice we make generates meaningful value and builds fulfilling careers, businesses, or investments.

Our strategy is built on three interconnected pillars, underpinned by a world-class Governance framework. These pillars translate our high-level ambitions into measurable long-term targets.

All4 People

Efficiency through Inclusivity. The Group is prioritising even greater diversity in decision-making processes as a source of innovation. By 2030, the share of women in senior management is set to increase to 33%. This is a natural continuation of our market-leading practices—Allegro already meets the requirements of the Women on Boards directive, with 3 out of 10 women on the Supervisory Board, and has successfully narrowed the gender pay gap to 2%.

All4 Prosperity

Platform success is inseparable from seller success. Relationship Net Promoter Score (rNPS) has become our key performance indicator (KPI). Allegro is reinforcing its role as a partner-centric organisation, dedicated to helping local businesses scale safely and predictably.

All4 Planet

Positively impact customers by providing simple & sustainable choices while minimising environmental footprint in own operations and value chain.

Recommerce as a growth accelerator. Allegro is strengthening its position in the pre-owned market, aiming to reach PLN 7 billion in GMV from secondhand and refurbished products by 2030.

This is a strategic response to evolving consumer trends, building on the success of earlier initiatives such as “Allegro OdZyskaj” or “Sell an Unwanted Gift.” Simultaneously, the Group continues its ambitious decarbonization path, aiming to reduce its own emissions by 43% (relative to 2024).

Good Governance

Good Governance serves as the foundation of our actions, streamlining processes and ensuring the consistency of our entire strategy. Within our corporate culture, we place a steadfast priority on ethics and transparency.

Best-in-class ratings: Our resilience is confirmed by industry leaders, including an MSCI ‘AAA’ rating, a “Low Risk” score from Sustainalytics, and a Prime position in ISS ESG ratings. Radical transparency: Our reporting follows the latest ESRS (CSRD) standards, ensuring that our data is as rigorous as our financial disclosures.

Shared accountability: ESG targets are integrated into our employee incentive systems, ensuring that sustainability is a collective mission across the entire Allegro Group.
As we move toward 2030, the focus of Allegro Group shifts from internal risk management to collaborative transformation. By leveraging AI and digital innovation responsibly, we are not just adapting to the future—we are defining the new era of ethical, profitable, and sustainable e-commerce.
