Selected preliminary consolidated financial data for Allegro Group for the three-month period and the six-month period ended 30 Jun 2026 and the status of guidance updates for full year 2026.
The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Board”) presents selected preliminary consolidated financial data for Allegro Group for the three-month period ended 30 June 2026 (“Q2 2026”) and the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 (“H1 2026”), together with comment on the status and timing of guidance updates, as an attachment to this report.
In deciding to provide this preliminary report the Board has considered the announcement of the implementation of the Share Buyback Program (“Phase 1”) via open market transactions, for the purpose of share cancellation and reduction of the Company’s share Capital (current report No. 26/2026 dated 25 June 2026). Phase 1 of the programme is intended to commence no earlier than on 15 July 2026 while the effective execution may be initiated before Allegro Group publishes its H1 2026 consolidated report. Therefore the Board decided that publication of preliminary results is a prerequisite to ensure all market participants have equal opportunity to make informed decisions.
The above-mentioned preliminary data has been prepared based solely on the current best knowledge of the Board as at 13 July 2026 and may change after further progress in preparation of draft consolidated financial statements including the results of the Polish Operations and Allegro International Segment. These draft results may also change due to the Group’s own internal quality checks or due to the findings of the half-year review being conducted by the Group’s statutory auditors. Therefore, none of the selected preliminary consolidated financial data presented in an attachment to this report shall be treated as audited or reviewed or in any other form confirmed by Group’s statutory auditors. The Group’s consolidated semi-annual report for three- and six- month periods ended 30 June 2026 together with the auditor’s review report are scheduled to be published on 17 September 2026.
