Subject: Allegro reports transactions related to the share buy-back program carried out from 20 to 24 July 2026.
Legal basis: Article 2(2) and (3) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, Article 5 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

With reference to the current report No. 26/2026 of 25 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby reports transactions carried out in its own shares between 20 and 24 July 2026. Information, both in aggregated and detailed form, is presented in the attachment prepared on the basis of the information received from Erste Bank Polska S.A. – Erste Biuro Maklerskie acting as the investment firm in charge of executing the share buy-back program.
