The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 28 July 2026 it received a transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by Tom Ruhan’s family foundation – a person closely associated (PCA) with Tom Ruhan – Company Secretary and Member of the Management Board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (Company’s subsidiary), in accordance with Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification has been attached to this report.
