The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 28 October 2026 it received transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann, Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the management board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to the Company’s shares, awarded under the Company’s incentive plan.

The Notification has been attached to this report.
