Subject: Allegro reports transactions related to the share buy-back program carried out from 3 to 5 August 2026.
Legal basis: Article 2(2) and (3) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, Article 5 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

With reference to the current report No. 26/2026 of 25 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby reports transactions carried out in its own shares between 3 and 5 August 2026. Information, both in aggregated and detailed form, is presented in the attachment prepared on the basis of the information received from Erste Bank Polska S.A. – Erste Biuro Maklerskie acting as the investment firm in charge of executing the share buy-back program.
