Decision regarding changes to the.the management board of Allegro sp. z o.o. and at the Company Secretary position

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby announces that today:
– Allegro sp. z o.o. has received the resignation of Tom Ruhan from his position as a member of the Management Board of Allegro sp. z o.o., with effect from 17 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CEST;
– Tom Ruhan has also decided to step down from his position as Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 31 October 2026;

The Board has approved the appointment of Monika Drews as Company Secretary, with effect from 1 November 2026. Monika Drews has more than 18 years of experience providing legal support to the Allegro Group and has been leading this area directly for many years.

Tom Ruhan’s resignation is associated with his planned retirement and the gradual succession process in respect of the areas within Allegro for which he has been responsible to date. Until his retirement, Tom will remain employed with Allegro and will continue to support the organisation in other roles.
