Legal basis: Article 11 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements, as amended (the "Law")

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the „Company”) hereby informs that on 18 June 2026 the Company received a notification with respect to major holding in accordance with the Law, sent by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., acting in its capacity as the management company of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny.

The notification is attached to this report.
