The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 3 August 2026 it received transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by Jonathan Eastick – Executive Director of the Company, Group Chief Financial Officer and Member of the management board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (Company’s subsidiary) – as person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), in accordance with Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification has been attached to this report.
