Subject: Renewal of the Company Directors’ mandates
Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company“) hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting of the Company:
1. renewed the mandate of Nancy Cruickshank, as director of the Company for three (3) years with effect from 25 June 2026;
2. renewed the mandate of Richard Sanders, as director of the Company for three (3) years with effect from 25 June 2026;
3. renewed the mandate of Jonathan Eastick, as director of the Company for one (1) year with effect from 25 June 2026.

Also, the AGM acknowledged the resignation of David Barker in respect of the performance of his duties as director of the Company, with effect from 25 June 2026.
