The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) presents selected unaudited historical consolidated financial information for the 3-month period ended 31 March 2026 (“Q1 2026”) as an attachment to this report. The attachment also includes comments on recent GMV trading in the first weeks of the second quarter of 2026 (“Q2 2026”), as well as presents Company’s expectations and targets for FY 2026, in line with its usual quarterly disclosures on current trading.

In addition, the Company’s Q1 2026 results presentation, press release and an excel file with key financials are available for a download at https://about.allegro.eu/financial-results.
