Subject: Suspension of the enforcement of the preliminary injunction order in favor of the Forum Konsumentów Foundation

Further to current report No. 3/2026 dated January 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”, “Allegro.eu”) hereby informs that on 4 February 2026, it learned that the District Court in Warsaw has issued an order suspending the enforcement of the preliminary injunction dated January 26, 2026 (the “Order”) until the resolution of the appeal, which was filed by Allegro sp. z o.o. (“Allegro PL”) on 2 February 2026.

The suspension of enforcement means that Allegro PL is not required to implement the changes to the purchasing process described in current report No. 3/2026 until the matter is decided by the higher court (the Court of Appeal).

Moreover, the obligations, prohibitions and financial penalties for violating the obligations imposed by the Order remain inactive until such time as the aforementioned appeal is resolved.

Allegro.eu maintains its position that the Order is entirely groundless. The Company will continue its legal efforts to have the Order formally overturned in its entirety. The Company also reminds that regardless of the result of the appeal the preliminary injunction will also fully lapse if the Forum Konsumentów Foundation fails to file a lawsuit within the required deadline.
