Title: Appointment of new independent Directors

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Gary MCGANN and  Ms. Laurence BOURDON-TRACOL as independent directors of the Company for three (3) years with effect from 26 June 2024.

The professional resumes of new Directors have been presented in the Company’s current reports No. 5/2024 of 12 March 2024 and No. 6/2024 of 21 March 2024.
