1/ on 25 April 2024, it received notification with respect to major holding sent by the shareholder of the Company, i.e. Cidinan S.À R.L.

2/ on 30 April 2024, it received notification with respect to major holding sent by the shareholder of the Company, i.e. Permira VI Investment Platform Limited.
