Title: Notification on transaction received under Art. 19 MAR

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 23 March 2022 it received transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by David Roberts - a member of the management board of Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. – a Polish subsidiary of the Company, according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to the Company’s shares, awarded under the Company’s incentive plan („AIP”, Allegro Incentive Plan).

The detailed information on the AIP is provided in the Company’s consolidated annual report for 2021.

The Notification has been attached to this report.
