Title: Notification on transaction received under Art. 19 MAR 

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 14 December 2022 it received transaction notification (the “Notification”), sent by Roy Perticucci, Executive Director of the Company and Group Chief Executive Officer, according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to the Company’s shares, awarded under the Company’s incentive plan. The Notification has been attached to this report.
