The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") presents selected unaudited historical consolidated financial information for the 3-month period ended 31 March 2024 (“Q1 2024”) as an attachment to this report. The attachment also includes comments on recent GMV trading in the first weeks of the second quarter of 2024 (“Q2 2024”), as well as presents Company’s expectations and targets for Q2 2024, in line with its usual quarterly disclosures on recent trading and expectations.
