Title: Selected preliminary consolidated financial data for Allegro Group for the three-month period and the six-month period ended 30 June 2022

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Board") presents selected preliminary consolidated financial data for Allegro Group for the three-month period ended 30 June 2022 (Q2 2022) and the six-month period ended 30 June 2022 (H1 2022) as an attachment to this report.

In deciding to provide this preliminary report the Board has considered the extended time of the 2022 interim report publication on 29 September 2022, versus the earlier publication time of the 2021 interim report on 5 August 2021. The later reporting schedule for the 2022 interim report is to allow for the first-time consolidation of Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o. and the related work to be performed by the Company, as well as to provide sufficient time for the Group's statutory auditors to undertake their half year review of the expanded Group. The Board anticipates that it will only publish preliminary financial information for future quarters in the event that delays in preparing full interim financial reports due to the expansion of the Group continue to be significant.

The above-mentioned preliminary data has been prepared based solely on the current best knowledge of the Board as at 4 August 2022 and may change after further progress in preparation of draft consolidated financial statements including the results of the Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o. These draft results may also change due to the Group's own internal quality checks or due to the findings of the half-year review being conducted by the Group's statutory auditors. Therefore, none of the selected preliminary consolidated financial data presented in an attachment to this report shall be treated as audited or reviewed or in any other form confirmed by Group’s statutory auditors. The Group’s Consolidated semi-annual report for 3 and 6 month periods ended 30 June 2022 together with the auditor’s review report are expected to be published on 29 September 2022.

The attachment also includes comments on recent GMV trading in July, in line with usual periodic disclosures when Allegro Group reported in early August 2021.
