Transition of the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu to a successor

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Board” and the “Company”, respectively) hereby announces that it has received today a notification from Darren Huston that he intends to transition his role as Chairman and Director of the Company in the coming months to a successor.

Darren has been with the Company for coming on seven years this January and has been very proud to see the Company expand its business four-fold in that time, punctuated by our successful IPO in October 2020. Looking forward, he believes Allegro.eu is now well positioned and the platform set for us to realize strong and profitable growth in the years to come.

Darren supports engaging a recruiter to begin the process of seeking his successor. He will also continue to fulfill the responsibilities of his position until a successor is found and a smooth transition has been executed.
