With reference to the current report No. 12/2021 of 11 October 2021 the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby announces that starting from 6 December 2022 Allegro Pay sp. z o.o. – a wholly owned subsidiary, will extend the scope of its current cooperation under a Receivables Purchase Agreement of 11 October 2021 (the “RPA”) with Aion Bank SA / NV, a credit institution incorporated as a joint-stock company (société anonyme / naamloze vennootschap) under the laws of Belgium, with its registered office in Brussels, Belgium, acting through its Polish branch trading under the name "Aion Bank S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce" with its registered office in Warsaw (“AION”).

Cooperation is being extended such that Allegro Pay may also offer "Buy Now Pay Later" 30-day customer loans to AION for purchase. Until now AION's purchases had been limited to installment loans of various duration.
