Legal basis: Art. 19 MAR

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 8 October 2025 it received transaction notifications (the “Notifications”), sent by 
(i) Tom Ruhan - Company Secretary and Member of the management board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (Company’s subsidiary) - as person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and 
(ii) the family foundation of Tom Ruhan, as a person closely associated with him (PCA), 

according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notifications have been attached to this report.
