Title:  Registration of shares in the securities depository operated by the National Securities Depository

The board of directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that it was informed about publication of the notification of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., the “KDPW”), under which on 22 April 2022, 33,649,039 (thirty-three million six hundred forty nine thousand and thirty nine) new ordinary shares in the Company with the nominal value of PLN 0.01 each (the “Shares”) were registered in the securities depository and labeled with the code „LU2237380790”, pursuant to the decision of KDPW No. 348/2022 of 11 April 2022.

Registration of Shares relates to the Company’s share capital increase by an amount of PLN 336,490.39, i.e from its amount of PLN 10,232,558.14 up to PLN 10,569,048.53 by creating and issuing the Shares due to settle the price for the shares in Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o., about which the Company informed in the current report No. 16/2022 of 1 April 2022.
