The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") presents selected unaudited historical consolidated financial information for the 3 months ended 31 March 2023 (“Q1 2023”) as an attachment to this report. The attachment also includes comments on recent GMV trading in the first weeks of the second quarter of 2023 (“Q2 2023”), as well as presents Company’s expectations and targets for Q2 2023, in line with its usual quarterly disclosures on recent trading and expectations.
