The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the „Company”) hereby informs that on 14 August 2025 the Company received confirmation of voluntary notification with respect to major holding in accordance with the Law, sent by the shareholder of the Company, i.e. Cidinan S.à r.l. The notification is attached to this report.
